Usage rights & policies.

01

Who owns the footage

11th Floor Films keeps all rights, title and copyright to every film, photo, clip and sound recording we make. All rights reserved. We may reuse and publish any footage in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, festival entries and pitches, in any medium and anywhere, unless a license has been purchased that says otherwise.

02

What you can do with your film

Watch it, keep it, share it and post it on your own personal and social accounts, with the credit "Filmed by 11th Floor Films". Please do not sell it, run it as an ad, broadcast it, re-edit it or remove the credit without a license.

03

Licenses

Need the footage for ads, a brand campaign, resale, a broadcast, or the raw files? That is a license, priced per project. An exclusive license means we stop reusing that footage. Ask Kevin and he will send a quote.

04

Deposits

Your deposit holds your date and takes it off the calendar for everyone else, so it is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the date in your contract.

05

Cancellations

Anything you paid beyond the deposit comes back as follows. Cancel 30 or more days before your date: 100%. Cancel 14 to 29 days before: 50%. Cancel less than 14 days before: no refund.

06

Contracts and e-signatures

When you type your name and sign in your Lobby, that is your electronic signature. It has the same legal effect as signing on paper, and your signed contract is legally binding on you and on 11th Floor Films. Our contracts and these policies are governed by the laws of the State of New York, along with the federal ESIGN Act. We keep a record of each signature with the date, time and IP address, and you can download a signed PDF from your Lobby any time.

07

Questions

Something not clear, or your project is unusual? Tell us in your inquiry and Kevin will sort it before anything is signed. Your signed contract lives in your Lobby.

These policies apply to every project unless your signed contract says otherwise.

PLAYING

Behind the lens.

PLAYING

Kevin A. Jones is a New York filmmaker who turns genuine moments into cinematic experiences. It started on May 24, 2017, when he decided on the spot to film the birth of his son. He hasn't put the camera down since.

Before film, there was music. He wrote songs, shot and edited his own videos, and hosted the "NAH, THAT'S CRAZY" podcast. He then began shooting and producing music videos for other artists, so the move from music to film felt natural.

His addiction to film and television shapes the way he shoots, as he keeps searching for new tools to sharpen his eye.

Beyond the camera, Kevin is committed to evolving as a filmmaker, constantly exploring, sharpening his vision, and finding innovative ways to bring stories to life. Whether documenting a defining cultural moment like the New York Knicks 2026 Championship Parade or capturing a wedding memory that will last a lifetime, he believes the strongest images do more than show what happened. They make you feel like you were there.
